Charity Zines

Between 2020-2022, Bre produced a number of zines to raise money for Refuge UK and The Trussell Trust. All zines sold out upon release and collectively raised thousands of pounds.

  • Published to celebrate the first twelve months of my Dishes To Delight newsletter. This zine had a seasonal recipe for each month of the year that was originally featured in the newsletter.

  • Published in two editions, one in 2020 and the other in 2021.

Originally written in a bid to try and cheer myself up as we were getting close to a Christmas unlike any other in 2020 during the pandemic. Designed to help people make their Christmas, no matter how different or small it might be, still feel like a celebration.

They included twelve of my classic-ish Christmas recipes and an essay about a Christmas.

Recipes included Hot Ham & Peaches, Baked Brie, the only stuffing you'll need and Christmas Ice Cream Cake.

  • A special edition was produced in partnership with DELLI to celebrate the release of my debut cookbook, Table For Two.

  • Cooking For Picnics was a collection of ten classic-ish picnic recipes and stories of picnics past, bound in a printed, thirty-two page, A5 sized zine.

Inspired by lazy afternoons in the park and long walks with a rucksack full of food, these are the recipes for perfect picnics. It featured dishes like Wild Garlic and Feta Galette, Orzo with Lemon, Dill and Courgettes and Tomato, Peach and Smoked Chilli Salad.
